Good news for the Fairy Tail anime fans. Natsu, Lucy, and the Rest of the Guild Are Coming Back!
There has been an announcement that Hiro Mashima’s sequel manga series Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest will be getting an anime adaptation whose production has already begun.
Fairy Tail came to an end in 2019, with episodes over 300. However, in 2018 creator Mashima and artist Atsuo Ueda continued the story in the form of a sequel called Fairy Tail: 100 Years Quest.
Mashima announced in his live stream event that the magical tale of fire wizard Natsu. The journey of Natsu and his friends has not ended yet with the closure of the original series and there’s a lot more to come.
100 Year Quest was published by Kodansha Comics which has reached its hundredth chapter as of right now.
Though the release date hasn’t been announced yet. A 30-second teaser trailer was released along with a celebratory illustration by Ueda.
The trailer is totally based on the art of the manga that fans are sure to recognize as they resemble the emotional moments presented in the original manga.
